On December 3rd of 2021 - The investors of JDP Capital took ownership of 5105 Clacton Avenue in Camp Springs Maryland with a vision to remodel and resell the property within 4 months timing. Below is the progression of the renovation project. 

Every successful product is the fruit of hard work, and this applies to every field of business. Intuition alone is not enough to create a product that people will love and use. You also need to do your research, thinking, planning, differentiating yourself, and more. We were faced with a 1750 sf condo/townhome in an upcoming area with a tenant who needed cash to move to Florida. We were optimistic with the challenge to completely renovate the property. At first we faced some challenges with the condo association, which was practically non-existent for a while since the previous condo association was fired for lack of management. Working to get board approval for a dumpster, exterior modifications and more was an "effortless" barrier to break through before we embarked on our renovation journey.
