In August of 2021 - The investors of JDP Capital took the reins WWay in Columbia Maryland with a vision to remodel the property within 2 months timing before the owner moved in. 

Every successful product is the fruit of hard work, and this applies to every field of business. Intuition alone is not enough to create a product that people will love and use. You also need to do your research, thinking, planning, differentiating yourself, and more. We were faced with a 2700 sf single family home that was used as a rental in an established area. We were optimistic with the challenge to completely renovate the property. 

Home owner was thrilled to find a property on their block that represented the privacy they truly desired. The home was a blank canvas to redo despite a thriving real estate market. This was both a financial challenge and emotional challenge to create the vision in a timely manner.
